  • Month 1-3: Focus on foundational aspects - establish core policies, financial systems, marketing plan, and secure a training facility.
  • Month 4-6: Implement operational systems - class scheduling, membership management, staff recruitment & training.
  • Month 7-9: Launch marketing campaigns, initiate sales efforts, and focus on member acquisition and onboarding.
  • Month 10-12: Monitor progress through KPIs, gather customer feedback, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
