Hard copies of members' files

Hard copies of members' files are stored in the "Members binder" of the given year.

Digital copies of members' files

All scanned files are stored on Google Drive folder /functions/operations/programs/judo-dojo/account-management/members

Procedure

This procedure is part of the Membership Application Process.

  1. A person applies for Membership by filling up the online form and submitting papers.
  2. Copy datas from the Membership Application form (Responses) to software.
  3. Scan all documents and store their digital versions on Google Drive.
  4. Upload a copy of these files into the contact sheet of the applicant in the software.
  5. Continue with the the Membership Application Process.
